Exchanges and Returns

If you want to exchange or return your order, no matter the reason, we are here to help!

The Consumer Protection Code defines that exchanges and returns can be made within 7 days in case of regret. You can exchange your product for a different product or receive a refund using the same payment method.

Please note, however, the exceptions to our policy:

  • Free items on promotions are not exchangeable or refundable;
  • Returned items must contain the tag and be shipped in the original packaging;
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To start an exchange or refund, follow these steps:

Send an email to contato@kiwee.com.br informing:

  1. Request number;
  2. The product you wish to return or exchange;
  3. Email registered at purchase;
  4. Reason for request.

For the transaction to be effective, you must follow all the steps above.

The reversal process will start as soon as the returned product arrives at our distribution center.

Reimbursement can occur in the following ways:

  • Credit card purchases, reversal of up to two invoices through the payment gateway;
  • Purchases in PIX or TED, bank transfer to the customer's account within 10 days after confirmation of return;
  • For customer safety, we do not make transfers to third party bank accounts, only to the purchaser.
