• Do all products come with the tracking code?

Yes, all products sold in our store have a nationally valid tracking code.

You will receive the tracking code between 7 to 15 working days, this is the deadline that our suppliers ask for. If even after this period you have not received it, please contact us.

• Can I be taxed at Brazilian Customs?

According to Decree Law 1804/80, article on imports, it is explicit that every imported product may be taxed if it exceeds the value of $100USD (American dollars). The vast majority of our products are below this value, however it may happen that the product is taxed depending on the size of the merchandise.
